HEELHOOK USA WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT All wholesale orders require a minimum purchase of 10 units per order. Orders below this threshold will not be processed. 2. PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS Wholesale pricing is tiered based on total units ordered (mix & match any color): • 10–24 units: $150.00 per unit • 25–49 units: $140.00 per unit • 50–99 units: $130.00 per unit • 100+ units: $120.00 per unit Payment is due in full at the time of checkout. All invoices are payable in USD. 3. NO RETURNS POLICY All wholesale orders are final sale. HeelHook USA does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on wholesale orders. Please review your order carefully before submitting. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. 4. RESELLER AGREEMENT By placing a wholesale order, you confirm that you are an authorized reseller and that HeelHook™ Highway Touring Pegs will be sold through legitimate retail channels. You agree not to sell HeelHook™ products on unauthorized third-party marketplaces without prior written consent from HeelHook USA. 5. BRAND USAGE GUIDELINES Resellers are permitted to use the HeelHook™ trademark and product imagery solely for the purpose of marketing and selling HeelHook™ products. Any modification of the trademark, logo, or product imagery is strictly prohibited. HeelHook USA reserves the right to revoke reseller status for brand misuse. 6. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT Wholesale orders are fulfilled within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. HeelHook USA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. 7.
